Show equivalent command-line SVN

I always thought it would be really cool if Tortoise told you the SVN
operations it is performing. My understanding is Tortoise is a full visual
client, not running a command-line in the background, but I would still
consider it really valuable to know exactly what commands do.

Has this ever been discussed in the past?
