filter mergeinfo, revisited

Hi,

I'm having the problem that was described in the post 'filtering
changes to svn:mergeinfo properties' (it seems I can't reply to that
post, so I'm posting again).
The conclusion so far is that with current APIs, it's to slow to show
which changes are code-changes and which are mergeinfo changes. My
question is: how slow? If it takes 15 minutes to run the analysis, I'd
be happy to wait that long.
