Feature request: number of added/modified/deleted lines in Commit dialog

Hi all,

I've got a feature request for the Commit dialog:
In the file list area, would it be possible to see the number of added / modified /deleted lines for each file?

(Background: we are using Tiddlywiki internally, and sometimes changes are lost because
  - user A changes the Wiki
  - user B opens the Wiki in the browser
  - user A commits his changes
  - user B does a SVN update (no conflict, since he hasn't changed anything), but forgets to reload the page in the browser
  - user B changes the Wiki, saves it (overwriting the local copy with an older version + his changes) and commits it

It would be nice if user B had a chance to see the number of lines he accidentally deleted in this case
