Hi Bob,

Thanks for your reply. I was using http for Internal checkout and SVN
protocol for external checkout.

However, Now I have fixed the issue. Sorry, I didn't uncomment the
password-db in svnserve.conf.

I was working for a long time and I was in half sleep. Due to that made a
mistake and now I have fixed it.
