BUG? revert menu not showing up

Hi I did a show log and when I right click on a item in the list I do
not see the revert menu option, however my co-worker can. If this due
to a not having privilege on the branch or is this a bug?

I know I am able to perform a merge operation from the command line,
so I am leaning toward this being a bug.
