I configured the McFee on my desktop: disabled: Access Protection, On-Access Scanner, On-Deliverry E-Mail Scanner.
I got the same error.
Please keep on the diagnozation.

Let me re-list the issue:
My work folder is N:\nas\mort08new. N is a mapped UNIX driver at remote site (WAN). I can ADD and the COMMMIT SAS, TXT files without error, But when I COMMIT (after ADD) the *.doc, *.xls files. The file is add to repository, but tortoiseSVN cannot move the related file from \probs to \prop-base. The error is: Access Denied. if I re-Submit after the failure, I get the error: folder locked.
If the work folder in (LAN), a local XP folder or a local UNIX folder (mapped unix driver), I can do all the ADD then SUBMMIT without error.

Thanks
