The file is not opened by anybody. The folder is a mapped unix folder at a remote location (my office Oakland, CA. the UNIX system is at Napa,CA). If the folder is at local windows folder or a mapped local UNIX computer, it is fine. But the error is only occurs for MS office files, I tested with MS Words file, same error. For other files, it is fine. So it is not related to the distance. The web server is Apache 2.2.13.
Please help.
