tortoise feature request - setting for "add new" files to either select items automatically or not

Hello,

not sure if I have done the correct thing by mailing to this address - excuse me if I have done this wrong.

I like that in "Settings - General - Dialogs 2 - Commit" you can choose whether to Select Items automatically - since I may have two or three things on the go at once, I prefer to have this de-selected.

It would be great to have a similar option for the "Add" when you add new files.

Again, apologies if this is not the correct way to make feature suggestions,
