TortoiseSVN & PE headers

Question
I have a versioned .net exe, i change its PE header with corflags to force the 32 bit flag. But ttsvn doesn't see the change (nothing to commit)! I ve move my working copy on a linux pc and use the linux svn command svn stat to check the change & on linux the file was considered as M!!

A bug or a config error in my ttsvn config on windowd?
Any idea would be welcome
