crash on "update to revision..." / "exclude" from repo browser

In the Repo-Browser, one can right-click folders that aren't currently
in the working copy, and "Update to revision...". When i do so,
"Exclude" is in the list...but if i try and update with it selected,
the update crashes on me every time.

This is the message i get from Tortoise....

In file 'D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.6.12\ext\subversion\subversion\libsvn_delta\depth_filter_editor.c'
line 125: internal malfunction

I'd expect that if "Exclude" on folders not in the working copy makes
no sense, that it not be a selectable option. If it does make sense
(ie: if it sets some WC stuff to make sure not to care about that
folder, as i was trying to do), then it should succeed. Either way,
it shouldn't crash.
