TSVN 1.7 nightly bug with create patch dialog

In the create patch dialog, let's assume you choose to undo add for a
newly added file. Then choose to show unversioned items. I would
expect for the newly added file which I undo add to be shown, yet it
doesn't. But if I use F5 then that file is shown. In 1.6.X this worked
as expected.
