Create Patch 'Show unversioned files' always defaults to false

Hi There

The 'Show unversioned files' checkbox in the Create Patch window seems to always default to false. It would be great if this used the same remembered setting as the Commit dialog. Or even better (for us) if there was a setting in the preferences dialog which would mean you could set Tortoise to always set this option to true when the dialog opens (rather than remembering the last used setting).

We use patches for creating distributed reviews, and its amazing how many times people forget to check this checkbox to show their new files (and in my experience no one adds before they commit or create patch).

Using:
TortoiseSVN 1.6.12, Build 20536 - 64 Bit , 2010/11/24 20:59:01
on Windows 7

Cheers
