External Diff Viewer not called for “compare with working copy”

Hi,

Related to TortoiseSVN Version 1.6.15

I configured Settings-TortoiseSVN to use external Diff Viewer, namely Araxis Merge.

1. In window “Log Messages” selecting TWO revisions and
press context menu “compare revisions” (without Shift Key down)
   –> call of external Diff viewer (as expected)

2. In window “Log Messages” selecting ONE revisions and
press context menu “compare with working copy” (without Shift Key down)
   –> call of TortoiseMerge Diff viewer (expected call of External Diff viewer)

Any ideas, or is this somehow a (small) bug?
