Recursive property setting fails for some(!) files..

Hi!

I just wanted to set svn:eol-style to native on a tree of C++ files:
1. I clicked on the base directory and selected properties.
2. I clicked the "New..." button.
3. I selected "svn:eol-style" for the name, "native" for the value and checked
the "Apply property recursively".
4. After clicking OK, I got a short popup that vanished itself, I guess it was
recursing through the directory and its children.
5. In the main "Properties" dialog again, there is no sign of what I did
above. This is a bit confusing, but I guess it's okay because that property
only makes sense on files, not on directories.
6. I leave this dialog with OK. Question here: Do I actually confirm these
changes with the OK? I guess all it does is close the dialog, the changes
seem to have been made already.
7. A bunch of files had their svn:eol-style set, but others haven't. I noticed
a *.h file that didn't, while other *.h files did.

Is this a bug or am I overlooking something?
