What does this mean "Commit succeeded, but other errors follow"

I just tried to commit a small change to a single file, and got the message "Commit succeeded, but other errors follow" with a lot of other errors (see attachment). What does this mean? How do I debug the problem? I've been using TortoiseSVN to manage this project for months, but have not seen this message before...
