Looking at the files in the repository browser there is a "copy url to clipboard" option under the right-click menu. This will do one file only - I use it frequently for that same purpose.
I would like this feature to be extended to specifying a specific revision (in case revisions change frequently). Im guessing that would require additional features in Svn as well as TSvn.
