We organized ours by projects, but created one trunk. So we have a
root trunk with several project folders under it. All of the project
folders are dll's except one .exe. When we do an update or commit, we
can do it at the trunk level and that takes care of everything, or we
can do just one individual project.

We're basically following the same setup we had when we used VSS.
