However, it would be a good idea to help the user make a judgement what to do.
If you run a command on a WC and try to run another before the first is
finished, you will get this. The important difference is that if the first
one was aborted in the middle, you need to clean up. If the first one is
still running, you just have to wait.

It's too late for me to think of a short explanation that covers these cases,
maybe someone else wants to step up...
