Auto Resolve Certain Files?

I was wondering if it is possible to auto resolve files with certain
extensions? I am a developer and every time I update DLL's and PDB's are
confilicted. I was wondering if there is a script I could run on post-update
to resolve those files without manually clicking on resolve?
