Feature Suggestion: Revert using Recycle Bin

Hi,

Have thought on more than one occasion that it would be nice if Tortoise's "Revert" function moved unwanted files to the Recycle Bin instead of deleting them outright. Since moves to the Recycle Bin using Windows are undoable via Ctrl-Z, I was also hoping that if Tortoise did this it would enable the undoing of reversions.

Is it worth opening an issue in the tracker for this?
