Problems with merge in Version 1.6.9 and higher
Works in version 1.6.7

Decription:
Merge uses the wrong root.

Repository looks a bit like this:
/Root1/././aa/./
/Branch/././aa/./
/aa/././

Trying to merge aa
/Root1/././aa
and
/Branch/././aa

and it confuses it with

/aa/./
