None, unless you want to do client operations directly on the server.
In that case, install the latest version that matches your operating
system (32 bit or 64 bit).

But you probably need a Subversion server package on the server. For
that, go to the subversion project page on sourceforge for links and
references to suppliers. TortoiseSVN is a subversion client only.

Install the latest version suitable for your OS (32 bit or 64 bit). On
64-bit systems you may want to install both 32 and 64 bit versions
along side each other (perfectly legal and works fine).
