Context Menu missing after VS2010 Extension install

My System:

System Windows 7 (x64)
Visual Studio 2010 (x32)
Servant Salamandar (x32)
Tortoise CVS (x64)
Tortoise SVN (x32), otherwise the Context Menu and icons don't appear in
Servant Salamander.

The problem:

Up until I installed the Productivity Power Tools and Power Command,
both TSVN and TCVS work great. I did have an issue with Servant
Salamander and TSVNx64, but after installing TSVNx32 everything worked
fine. The problem is that in windows explore the Context Menu and icons
don't appear, but in Servant Salamander still they do. ???

Again the only thing I did, or remember doing, is adding the two
extension to VS. Before that every thing was great.

What I tried:

To try to solve the problem I tried:
1) Repair installation (with reboot).
     - didn't fix the problem.
2) Uninstall(reboot),Reinstall(reboot)
     - didn't fix the problem.
3) Disable Extentions.(reboot but not req)
     - didn't fix the problem.
3) Uninstalled Extentions.(reboot but not req)
     - didn't fix the problem.

I hope you have some other things I can try. I really like TSVN/TCVS,
and you guys too (for all hard work!)

Eric
