Post-commit script to update second working copy?

Hi,

Say I have two working copies and the repo on the same machine:

   1. C:\xampp\htdocs\source_code *(repo)*
   2. C:\xampp\htdocs\winkpress\wp-content\themes\winkpress *(development
   working copy)*
   3. X:\public_html\winkpress\wp-content\themes\winkpress *(production
   working copy)*

The C drive working copy is my local development and testing version while
the the X drive working copy is the public production version.

Would someone be kind enough to tell me (in a little bit of detail if
possible) how to make and install a post-commit script that will update the
production version upon committing changes made to the local working copy?

Thanks a lot,

MK Safi

P.S. The production copy is actually located on a remote server, but I'm
using an FTP software called WebDrive that allows my computer to see and
treat remote directories as local folders.
