Check out rights under Vista / Windows 7

Hello,

I meet a problem while trying to check out a working copy in the 'Program
files' folder of Windows 7 (same under Vista).

This is a problem of rights (because it is required to have administrator
rights) and TSVN outputs the message 'folder not empty' which is not correct
as the target folder has not been created yet. But no matter for this
message.

I understand the problem, but when I try to create a folder 'by hand'
(within Windows explorer), a Windows dialog pops up to ask for
administrative rights.

So it is perhaps more likely a development tip rather than a bug, but is it
planned to find how to ask Windows for admin rights while checking (and I
suppose updating.) operations ?

Thanks,

Pierre
