Problem doing svn update after upgrading to 1.6.11

Hi everyone
I just upgraded to 1.6.11 and now when I do svn update it hangs indefinitely, it does some transfer, see attached screenshot, but it never ends. I waited till it was 500 MBytes (my current checkout folder is 400 MBytes). svn commit has the same problem. I tried to install command line version from Cygwin and it worked fine.
Anyone else experiences it? Any ideas how to fix it?
