Installation error or Tortoise SVN 32-bit

I'm trying to install the latest version so I can help my friends, during the installation I get this error (during the phase 'Publishing Product Information'):

Installer Information

An error occured during the installation of assembly component

{AFA21654-361E-33B5-9ED5-049A6889325C}.
HRESULT: 0x80070BC9.

I attached a screen shot with the email.
