None of the above. It's a simple local drive and I have no SUBSTs even defined. I have two working copy areas, one is on a local directory, and one is on an SSD mounted at a local directory on C:.

C:\dev Mounted SSD volume
C:\dev2 Local directory on C:

I see the same behavior on both.
