Hi,

After changing one svn:external property I got this message:

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged
Error: Error setting property 'externals':
Error: Could not execute PROPPATCH.
Finished!:

What could be the cause of this behavior?
I have pre-revprop-change.bat that contains only
exit 0
