Windows 7 - Unable to checkout / export

Hi,

I am using Windows 7 - 32 bit, unfortunately unable to do SVN checkout/export, receive the error below:

"Can't create directory 'c:\test\project-name\.svn': Access is denied"

Works fine on my XP machine. Manually I can create folder, so thought could be the UAC issue, tried with disabling UAC but no luck.

I am using:
- TortoiseSVN 1.6.10, Build 19898 - 32 Bit , 2010/07/16 15:46:08
- Subversion 1.6.12,
