Hmm, I put the following line in the config file:

global-ignores = Thumbs.db "Backup copy *.wbk" *~ *.bak

and than, unfortunately when I try to commit TortoiseSVN shows me
hundreds of files like that:

trunk/2007/Backup copy DebskiP LetterOfContract.wbk

How to make it ignore all files like that?
