 Those problems has been patched in July 2010, we're waiting for these
libraries to enter TortoiseSVN build since then

 There was also 1.6.7 ( TortoiseSVN-1.6.7.18902-dev-win32-svn-1.6.9.msi )
floating around, built against older neon ( working ok with active directory ).
