Hi everyone,

Thank you very much for your response, I really appreciated that.  Please allow me to clarify my current saturation.  The source code repository is about 35 MB and
it takes me less than 1 minute to download from my XP.  If I download the same source code in Windows
7, it takes forever and I killed the process when it shows 1.3GB but actually there
is no file downloaded from server.   At
the bottom of left hand side, the Bytes transferred keep counting but the right
hand side the progress bar never start.  I
cannot click Cancel button to cancel download and I have to use task manger to
kill the process.

I reinstall twice and turned firewall off still didn’t help.

Anyone know how can I execute TortoiseSVN “Run as
Administrator”?  I think this related to privilege
issue but I’m not sure what is that.
