Hello Steve,

It would be nice if TortoiseSVN would twitter announcements.
Very easy people could follow you and be up to date.

AFAICS you run http://tortoisesvn.net/ on drupal.
There is a twitter module which is able to automatically send tweet
whenever you publish a node.
