Basically you have to set up a local svn server that proxies your cloud server. svn doesn't connect to the server all that much though. The initial checkout uses the most bandwidth. Why are you asking? Perf? If so, are you sure bandwidth is the issue?

Hi guys, currently I am working with tortoise SVN 1.6.10, our server is online, but we are 10 people accessing all the time, but our bandwith is not to much, there is some tool or option in TSVN that allows a proxy system using system file cache with a local proxy server?, i mean, if some one update an especific revision, and another one updates the same revision, the proxy system does not goes to online server instead uses the cached files in the local proxy server.
Thanks,
Eivar Rojas Castro
