Google Checkout doesn't allow using their system for these kinds of
donations, only to actually sell goods.
Amazon payments are only possible for US residents or those who have
an US bank account (which I am and have neither).

I'm pretty sure that if there were other options open, PayPal wouldn't
dare to screw people like this. But since they know most people don't
have a choice, the do as they please.
