RE: SVN icons don't refresh after commit

Only refreshing the view after committing if the icons don't change.
Each version of TortoiseSVN gets better at keeping the icon overlays
correct, but Windows Explorer is a horribly complex beast. Windows 7
does better at self correcting after a couple seconds, but not everyone
is in a position to upgrade the OS.

You can check SVN status for extra peace of mind: right click,
TortoisSVN->Check for modifications. That will let you know if anything
got missed.
