Can't to see reasonable business-task for such workflow really.
If you want to rename versioned file (reverting haven't sense here)
and modify it, you have
- ToroiseSVN-Rename (LogOn.cs -> LogIn.cs)
- Commit
- Edit LogIn.cs + Save
- Commit
- Update

Did I miss something?
