Unable to move HEAD revision...

Hi, everybody

I am new to svn and some really basic thing still causing me problems,
like this one.

http://forum.privet.com/download/file.php?id=44135

This sample file has revisions 9357, 9372, 9379, 9580. Every version
is tagged.

And recently I found by looking at revision graph that my HEAD version
is 9372.

Isn't definition of HEAD revison that it is the latest commited
revision? Shouldn't it advance automatically like in the case of 9372
from 9357?

What might have I done wrong during commit? How can I fix it now?

This is just one file from the project but all changed files have the
same problem

Thank you in advance
