Unable to upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit

Hello. I have a problem. It seems that it is impossible to upgrade TortoiseSVN from 32-bit to 64-bit. I wanted to do that because I installed wrong version of the program.
If I remove 32-Bit TortoiseSVN, will it also remove the SVN-data from my folders(so I have to re-install all SVN's) or they will be there if I install 64-bit program?
Thank you,
