TortoiseSVN and TortorseGit on ISA Proxy

I am in a company using ISA proxy to sharing one Internet service. We
should login proxy server with domain user. So I cannot access online
SVN or Github.com via those two softwares for my sources code. I have
set the proxy IP address and my domain user name under "NetWork"
setting. I till cannot check-out my code via http: protocol.
