Installing the 32-bit Tortoise on a 64-bit OS isn't a software error,
though. It installs and works fine - from within 32-bit applications.
Failure to install the 64-bit TSVN on 64-bit Windows only results in
TSVN not being available from the shell (Windows Explorer). This is a
user omission.
