Request : Remember CheckBox State in Commint Dialog Box

Hello,

I'm frensh tortoisesvn user. And I want to know if it will be possible
to save checkbox states for files in commit dialog box (like 'Recent
Message' button ). So when an commit failed it will be faster than
rescan all file.
