I am running TSVN 1.6.10.19898 on Windows XP Pro SP3 with an SVN server version 1.4.2.22196 on CentOS Linux 5 over a LAN.
Usually it works OK but I run into occasional problems that I'll discuss in another post. For this post, I need to know if I'm breaking any compatibility rules by using TSVN and SVN of those version numbers together.
I can't upgrade the server to the latest SVN, so all I can do is downgrade TSVN to 1.4.8.12137 (that's the closest TSVN to 1.4.2 I could find on Tigris).
Do I need to do that?
