Bug report: The "Merge revision to" dialog is poorly sized

I have a bug for you. The "Merge revision to" dialog is hard to use since it is poorly sized.

Navigate to a folder that is under SVN version control. Right-click and select "Tortoise SVN |Show log". Click on a revision. Right click and select "Merge revision to". Notice that the resulting "Browse for folder" dialog is too small to use easily, cannot be resized, and does not allow a text path to be entered anywhere.

OS: Windows 7.
