In windows explorer.

Right click on the root folder of your working copy.. or anywhere deeper.
choose "properties" (yes the standard windows explorer 'Properties'
menuitem).

See new "Subversion" tab. Click it.

Subject: Equivalent of CLI "svn info"?

One command from the CLI that I haven't found in Tortoise is "svn info". I
have to work on several branches of the same source simultaneously, and if I
want to quickly verify what branch I'm on I end up having to open cygwin and
doing "svn info". Did I miss it, or is it really not directly available in
Tortoise?
