Feature propose (spell check in different language than installed language pack)

Hi,

I have a propose to "new" feature. Is it possible to do spell check comments (e.g. by commit) in different language than what is used by language pack?
I use Czech language pack, but I am working in English project, so spell check in English might be very useful.
