TortoiseSVN Context Menus (XP Pro SP3)

I upgraded TortoiseSVN to latest the other day and have rebooted.

Since then I have lost the SVN context menus.

I have tried reinstalling and rebooting again, but still nothing.

Please advise further.

Here's what you need to know:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents>dir /B TortoiseSVN*
TortoiseSVN-1.6.10.19898-win32-svn-1.6.12.msi

C:\Documents and Settings\User>ver
