No the property was not set.

I had stupidly assumed that this client side fix would stop that
particular client from doing merges.

I now understand that it sets the property on new / modified files.
Since putting the autoprops mechanism in place, the file in question
hadn't been modified, until recently.

One developer didn't have this client side mechanism in place and so the
property was not set.
