The error code 0x80070091 means that the installer couldn't remove a
file/directory. This can have several reasons, one worse than the other:
* your disk is corrupt (run chkdsk to find out)
* you don't have access right to that part of the drive (but since the
installer runs with SYSTEM privileges, that would mean you or an app of
yours messed around with the access settings)
* you have a virus/rootkit on your system that prevents the deletion
